My involvement with the American Shakespeare Center‘s education division began with an internship when I was in undergrad. A year later, I was back in Staunton as a graduate student. I earned my Master of Letters (MLitt) in Shakespeare and Renaissance Drama (directing emphasis) in 2006, and my MFA in Directing in 2010. While in graduate school, I directed several acting showcases as well as my MFA thesis project, Love’s Labour’s Lost, for which I collaborated with Eastern Mennonite University Theater.
Since then, I have assisted with staged readings, been a frequent presenter at the Blackfriars Conference, and directed Much Ado About Nothing for the 2016 session of their high school theater camp.
